If you are experiencing intermittent phone issues, dropped calls, inability to receive or make calls, they are due to a Verizon backbone issue that has affected a number of clietns and carriers. Verizon technicians are aware and currently working on fixing the problem. Please bear with us as they attempt to fix the issue and check back on the blog for updates.
